✧ Phase 5: Finishing Details (COMPLETED ARTWORK) $200-$300These revisions include: (Partial to Full Recolors, Hairstyle edits or changes, Clothing edits. )To prevent a revision fee, please provide all important details within the order form.Please make sure to include clear references, if you are commissioning a custom artwork, please include clear images, mood boards and links. Character information such as skin color, hair color, and eye color, are important and should be included as well!Color pallets can also be added.✧ Refrain from the use of AI Generated Content as reference examples. I do not use them-Watermark your commissions when uploading! You can also request a watermarked version to display from me.

Refunds

If client request cancellation or refund before the sketch has been started, a refund will be initiated. There will be no refunds after Phase 1 has been sent and approved, and after completion of the artwork.A refund however will be provided if I the artist am unable to complete your commission. Due to emergency, health reasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Deadlines & Delivery

1-2 months Bust - Half Body Illustrations.
2-6 months Full Body- Character Designs.Health Reasons or Emergency: 6-8 months with updates.If I am unable to complete or deliver your commission in a timely manner, I will inform you of any delay or offer a refund before the guarantee and cancel the order.

If you are a vtuber who is simply streaming to an audience with no plans to make money other than donation, this is personal means.Commercial Use: client can use for monetization through live-streaming, ads, v tubing, and other means with intent to profit. There is an up charge for any prints, key chains,stands, and other physical merchandise. Commercial use is solely for those wishing to monetize and use the artwork/design for profitable means.You cannot use your commission or any of my artworks for commercial use without my written consent and unless you purchased commercial usage right.Commercial use fees will change in 2025.
