Commission Terms and Conditions

GENERALnew I take weekends off from commission art and post personal art/character designs regularly while having active commissions. If this troubles you, do not commission.Client must be 18+ to order from me.I retain full and all rights to my artworks, commissioned and personal.I will not accept AI art references.NSFW artworks are for clients over 21+ from me, no exceptions ^^By reading and requesting a commission, you are agreeing to abide by my t.o.s.I have the right to refuse service, request if I am unable to take on your order.PAYMENTSPayment is upfront, or through a payment plan, you will have 48 hours to complete the invoice/deposit through vgen. ( Vgen only.) I will not begin your artwork until the invoice has been completed/cleared.For payment plans, you will not receive the hi resolution artwork until the entire payment is completed.REVISIONS (Excludes Skeb Commissions)Revisions can be made during the rough draft, sketch process. Minor revisions during the line art stage and if colors need to be edited. Free minor revisions after color: 2You will be charged for any big revisions after the coloring and detailing stage.Revision Fee: $75-$200 ( Full recolors, Hairstyle edits, Clothing edits. )To prevent a revision fee, please provide all important details within the order form. Please make sure to include clear references, if you are commissioning a custom artwork, please include clear images, mood boards and links. Character information such as skin color, hair color, and eye color, are important and should be included as well! Color pallets can also be added.Refrain from the use of AI Generated Content as reference examples. I do not accept them.DEADLINES AND DELIVERYUp to 2-3 months depending on the project. My commissions may take up to 3-8 months depending on the project, or health reasons.The quality of my art is changing drastically with improvements and practice meaning more time is taken on each artwork.If I am unable to complete or deliver your commission in a timely manner, I will inform you of any delay or offer a refund before the guarantee and cancel the order. This is mostly in emergency/medical situations if they arise.PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USEPersonal use: client can display on social media, without monetization purposes. ( wallpapers, personal prints, pictures, banners) Personal spaces, websites, channels, icons, without monetization intent.Commercial Use: client can use for monetization through live-streaming, ads, v tubing, and other means with intent to profit. There is an up charge for any prints, key chains,stands, and other physical merchandise up to 2-4x the total amount of your commissionCommercial fees can be up to x2 of the base price. Merchandise may be up to x4 of the base price.Commercial use is solely for those wishing to monetize and use the artwork/design for profitable means. You cannot use your commission or any of my artworks for commercial use without my written consent and unless you purchased commercial usage right.NEW 2024If you resell a design that had commercial rights purchased, you MUST resell the design with the commercial fee. Any merchandise/assets that were created/used during ownership must no longer be in use after resell or:Commissions (including commissioned assets) should also be included in the resell price and included upon transfer.Physical merchandise should be discontinued. As the ownership has changed and commercial rights transfer with the design.Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited. This includes for all art, and commissioned art.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain full and all rights to my artworks, commissioned and personal. which includes use in my portfolio, gallery, publishing to social media, samples etc. You are not allowed to claim ownership of my artworks, paid commission, paid design or personal.REFUNDS
If client request cancellation or refund before the sketch has been started, a refund will be initiated. There will be no refunds after the sketch.COMMUNICATION
Communication will include discord, email, and messages. Response time: 24-48 hrs business days. Daily Mon-Thursday: 10 am-2 pm.Notes:-Watermark your commissions when uploading! You can also request a watermarked version to display from me! ( Will come as a 1080px or 1600 px size.)- If posting to social media, please provide credit!- Please only commission if you can.

This is a simple Terms and Conditions for purchases designs from me! Adding this to Kofi for all purchases.By purchasing my artworks via personal, and commercials you are agreeing to the terms of service and conditions included.new I accept Paypal, Apple Pay, Zellenew When using twitter or other social media, watch for any comments or attempts to contact through fake accounts. Fake accounts are easily detected by the extra number or symbol in their @ (ryn.vstudio, or rohio_art).You must be 18+ to purchase any content from me. You must be 21+ to purchase any nsfw related content from me.- All designs are for personal use unless commercial usage has been purchased.- Credit for the character design or p2u base origin/creation is required.- Please refrain from reposting my character designs on media platforms such as pinterest/twitter/instagram/da without permission.- Do not share content /upload any purchased content publicly for free use. It must be bought individually and used personally unless permission is given to monetize it/share it.- Most artworks come with a PNG file or a display file Unwatermarked. Some may come with the PSD file (if shown to be included) Make sure at all times you watermark your Unwatermarked images to prevent theft.- Digital purchases cannot be refunded. As there is not an actual way to return digital goods, even if said purchase will not be used. However, reselling is allowed.- Reselling a purchased design must be the same price as the original purchased amount or lower. Make sure to keep record of your purchase.- All of my artworks, created, bought, commissioned, sold, obtained through any means are prohibited and not authorized for minting as an NFT/sold via crypto currency of any form.- You cannot purchase any designs/commissions to be sold as an NFT or for Cryptocurrency. This includes creating Ai models trained on my art style/character designs.Ai database learning, training on my art style/ artworks is also prohibited and not authorized by I ( the artist.)Designs bought for the use of game content/visual novel/vtuber or streaming with the intention to monetize or make profit, will include a commercial use fee.
